The Last of the Hawaiian Monarchy

Kris Holland, a graduate of the University of Hawaii and resident of the islands for many years, will give a presentation about the most famous and loved Queen Liliuokalani of the Hawaiian Islands. She will talk about how the monarchy influenced the people of Hawaii with music, artistry, books, the Hawaiian Christianity movement, and the Hula (dance of the people). The Queen is still remembered and respected today.
