A Tennessee native and retired Game Warden, Pete spent 37+ years with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency as a Boating Officer, Game Warden, Wildlife Biologist and Regional Wildlife Manager.

In addition to three books of humor and adventure set here in the Appalachians, his writings have appeared in many local magazines and numerous technical journals.
